PATTERN NOTE FROM DESIGNER
A sport-weight cowl worked flat with unique shaping, finished with a three-needle bind-off. Both versions of this design feature an exposed seam - worn visibly at the right-front side for Variations Cowl No. 1, and worn with the seam located at the back of the neck for Variations Cowl No. 2.

Variations Cowl No. 1 is smaller in size (Approximately 24” / 60 cm neck circumference x 20.5” / 51 cm length, when oriented to wear, post-seaming) compared to Variations Cowl No. 2 generous size (Approximately 25” / 62.5 cm neck circumference x 28.5” / 71 cm length, when oriented to wear, post-seaming)

The Variations Cowl (both versions) is a rhythmic design featuring textural stripes of Interrupted Garter stitch worked with two separate yarns in each section, encouraging color-play and exploration! The easy-to-remember stripe pattern is repeated from beginning to end, with color transitions recurring throughout. The shaping is divided into three distinct parts to create the unique finished shape.

This pattern was designed using spun (marled) variegated yarns for the Main Colors, boosting the color-shift effect.

• The Variations Cowl pattern is designed by Tif Neilan. The pattern is not included in the kit, but is available on Tif's website or Ravelry.

• Kits are ready-to-shop and will ship 1-3 business days. While supplies last!
